2. Subscribe to Email Alerts

If you don’t find the perfect job during your search, you can sign up to get new job alerts sent to your inbox.

3. Join Our Talent Community

Introduce yourself to our team by joining the Talent Community. You’ll receive our monthly job seeker newsletter, Career Connections, along with relevant emails based on your career interests.

4. Attend a Hiring Event

Learn more about Sodexo's hiring events in your area. Our calendar includes job fairs, college visits and industry conferences where you can network face-to-face with our team.

5. Apply Online

Applying to jobs is easy. Just log in to your profile and post to jobs that match your interests and skills.

6. Recruiter Application Review & Phone Screen

Once you’ve applied, a recruiter or hiring manager will review your profile against the qualifications for the position. The best-qualified candidates will be contacted for a phone interview.

7. Check Status Online

You can check your application status anytime by logging in to your profile and viewing jobs you’ve applied to.

8. Hiring Manager Interview

The most-qualified candidates will be invited to interview. This may be in-person, through video or with a panel. Prepare to answer behavioral-style questions, citing specific examples from your experience.

9. Employment Offer & Employment Screening

If you’re the perfect candidate, a verbal employment offer will be made. After accepting, you’ll receive a formal offer letter via email and begin the pre-employment process, which includes a background check.

10. Welcome & Onboarding

You’re official! We can’t wait to welcome you to the team. As a new Sodexo employee, your hiring manager will work with you on start dates, benefits and onboarding.
